Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Management: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, technical requirements, catering, and transportation.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of event services.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage event budgets, track operational expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain financial targets.
- Staff & Volunteer Management: Recruit, schedule, train, and manage event staff and volunteers to ensure adequate support for event execution.
- On-site Management: Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs according to the event plan and timeline.
- Risk & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a safe environment for attendees, and manage emergency procedures.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues, technical glitches, or other problems that emerge before or during the event.
- Inventory & Resource Management: Maintain and order necessary supplies, equipment, and materials for the event.
