Job Description – Facial Therapist

We are seeking a professional and passionate Facial Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in skincare treatments and the ability to provide personalized, results-driven services that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, masks, peels, and facial massage.
• Assess clients’ skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments and homecare routines.
• Maintain knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and emerging trends.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and professional salon/spa environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Facial Therapist, Aesthetician, or in a similar skincare role.
• Diploma/Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments.
• Skilled in facial massage and modern skincare techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Facial Therapist: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Beauty Therapist - DHA License (Required)
