Female Facility Supervisor – Morning Shift (8 AM to 4:30 PM)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and responsible Female Facility Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our dynamic sports and recreation facility. If you’re passionate about sports, enjoy working with people, and are confident using computers and technology, we’d love to meet you.

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily facility operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
• Handle bookings, inquiries, and customer check-ins using digital systems.
• Support management in scheduling, reporting, and operational planning.
• Coordinate with maintenance and café staff as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic environment for players and visitors.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Passion for sports and active lifestyles
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Confident with computers and technology (Excel, email, scheduling tools)
• Some prior experience in supervision or facility management preferred
• Must be able to commute to Korangi daily

Compensation:

• PKR 45,000/month
• PKR 3,000 petrol allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs48,000.00 per month
