Job Summary

The Female Marketing Staff will support the company’s on-ground marketing and sales support activities by conducting field visits, coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors, and promoting the company’s lighting products. The role focuses on relationship building, market presence, and direct customer engagement to support sales growth in Riyadh and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Client Visits

  • Conduct regular field visits to clients, distributors, contractors, consultants, and project sites.
  • Promote Al-Adwaa Factory’s lighting products and solutions directly to customers.
  • Introduce new products, collect feedback, and understand customer requirements.
  • Support sales representatives during meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Identify potential projects, upcoming tenders, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare visit reports and share customer feedback with management and sales teams.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist the sales team with product information, samples, catalogs, and quotations.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations for clients when required.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions and site visits.

Promotions & Events

  • Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and product promotions.
  • Assist in organizing product launches, client meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Represent the company professionally during external meetings and events.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up internally on customer inquiries, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales support, or customer-facing roles, preferably in lighting, construction, electrical, or industrial products.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct professional client visits and presentations.
  • Good reporting and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Languages:
  • English required; Arabic must.

  • Willingness to travel within Riyadh and nearby areas for field visits.
