Location: Karv – Ladies Only Gym, Bahrain

Position: Female Fitness Trainer (Full-Time)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an energetic, certified, and motivated female trainer who can be the heart of our gym operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, dedicated to client success, and ready to bring energy and professionalism to every session.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group fitness classes (HIIT, strength training, functional, cardio, etc.).
• Deliver personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals.
• Support daily gym operations (member support, equipment management, maintaining a motivating environment).
• Assist in designing fitness programs and challenges to keep members engaged.
• Provide guidance on proper exercise technique, safety, and lifestyle habits.
• Contribute positively to Karv’s community and help drive member retention.

Requirements:

• Female candidate only (ladies-only facility).
• Certified fitness trainer (international or locally recognized certification).
• Strong background in personal training and group fitness instruction.
• Positive, motivating, and approachable personality.
• Full-time availability and willingness to be actively involved in gym operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
