Job Title: Female Fitness Manager – Ladies Gym (Al Khobar, KSA)

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Fitness Manager to oversee daily fitness operations, manage the team of female trainers, ensure exceptional member experiences, and implement high-quality fitness programs for both women and young girls.

Qualifications & Skills

• Female only (required for cultural and operational reasons).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitness or wellness management.
• Relevant certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of group fitness trends, customer care, and operations.
• Experience working in a ladies-only facility is a plus.
• Positive attitude, motivational personality, and attention to detail.
