Female Floor Manager

We are hiring Female Floor Manager for our home-based warehouse related to food products.

Location: E-Block, Nawab Town near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore
Preferred Gender: Female
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: Monday to Saturday, (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Salary: 37,000 + Lunch + Fuel +Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations, ensure staff completes assigned tasks.

· Ensure Quality Standards are met: Check Hygiene practices and proper use of protective gear

· Handle staff issues and address conflicts including discipline

· Share daily report with supervisor

· Ensure company policies are being followed by the staff

· Ensure proper care and use of all materials provided by the company

Requirements:

- Bachelors in Quality Assurance or Food Technology
-Experience 6 months - 01 year, Fresh female graduates can also apply
-Knowledge of food related products
-A young and energetic mindset
-Time & Team Management skills
-Willing to work with a home based team
