We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Female Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service, maintain cost control, manage staff effectively, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily food & beverage operations across all outlets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Coordinate with chefs, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for senior management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage management (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, customer service, and operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexible, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English
