Female Game Master and Receptionist (Part Time)

We a looking for lively, energetic and outgoing game master to join our team . If you like to work hard and play hard, please read on, we can't wait to meet you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing lively & exceptional customer service to clients before, during and after every game.
• Operating games efficiently and professionally.
• Resetting and reloading all our game rooms as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the office and game rooms .
• Evaluate game process and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Answering phone, email, IM and in-person inquiries.
• Manage gaming operations and report game status to management on daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be willing to work flexible schedules (morning or evening).
• You must be willing to work weekends.
• Good in MS. Office
• You must be proficient in the use of a PC.
• Only immediate joiners will be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Customer service Experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working in an escape room is a big plus.
• Must speak PERFECT English.
