Female General Nurse

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Female General Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care across various medical specialties while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction in our polyclinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with DHA standards and nursing protocols
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform vital signs monitoring, wound care, dressings, and minor medical procedures
• Assist doctors during examinations, consultations, and minor surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, medical equipment, and supplies
• Collect specimens for laboratory testing and coordinate diagnostic procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-treatment care
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as required
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and health and safety protocols
• Coordinate with reception and other departments for smooth patient flow
• Handle patient inquiries and provide compassionate support

Required Qualifications:

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license - Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of general nursing experience in the UAE
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in General Nursing
• Female candidates only
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent knowledge of nursing procedures and medical terminology
• Proficiency in EMR/hospital management systems
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in polyclinic, outpatient, or multi-specialty clinic settings
• Knowledge of various medical specialties (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient-centered approach with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
