Female General Practitioner

MyDoctor Healthcare Dubai is seeking a Female General Practitioner (GP) to join our dedicated home healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary medical care through home visit consultations, manage a wide range of medical conditions, and ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Provide home visits to patients across Dubai.
• Perform medical assessments, physical examinations, and diagnoses.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide emergency support and arrange hospital transfers when needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.

Patient Interaction

• Deliver compassionate, professional, and culturally sensitive care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, preventive measures, and medication use.
• Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety during home visits.

Operational Tasks

• Travel to patient homes within assigned service areas.
• Adhere to DHA guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions when required.

Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory Requirements

• Female candidates only (due to patient care preferences and cultural norms).
• MBBS / MD or equivalent degree.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• BLS / ACLS certification preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience as a General Practitioner.
• Experience in home healthcare or primary care is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong diagnostic and clinical judgement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in non-clinical environments.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
