Female Graphic Designer & Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for a female graphic designer who is creative, organized, and confident in dealing with clients. The role includes both design work and reception duties, managing communication with customers through WhatsApp and in person.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and edit albums, collages, and printing layouts.
• Communicate with clients on WhatsApp and greet walk-in customers.
• Take orders, confirm details, and coordinate with the production team.
• Prepare files for printing and follow up with clients for approvals.
• Maintain a professional, friendly attitude and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Good skills in Photoshop / Canva / Illustrator.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Previous experience in a studio, print shop, or design office preferred.
