Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Female Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) & Customer Care Representative (CCR). This new role will help enhance the customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, providing information about our products and services, and collecting feedback to improve our offerings.

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide clear information about our products and services
