Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Female Guest Relationship Officer (GRO). This new role will help enhance the customer experience by greeting and assisting customers, providing information about our products and services, and collecting feedback to improve our offerings.

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide clear information about our products and services
• Collect valuable customer feedback to improve service and product quality
• Assist customers with queries and ensure a positive experience

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service preferred

• Flexible to work mid-shift hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
