Female Hair Stylist

We are looking for a talented and creative Female Hair Stylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair care, styling, and beauty trends, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. She should be experienced in a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide expert advice.
• Perform haircuts, blowouts, coloring, highlights, balayage, and other styling services.
• Recommend hair care products and at-home maintenance tips to clients.
• Stay up to date on current hair trends, techniques, and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and professionalism.
• Process client transactions, manage appointments, and handle booking software (if applicable).
• Participate in ongoing training, workshops, or salon meetings.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license or hair stylist certification (as required by local law).
• Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon or freelance setting.
• Strong knowledge of various hair types and textures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, and fashion-forward appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
