Female Hairstylist

Immediate Joiner Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled, artistic, and detail-oriented Hairstylist to join our team at a high-end ladies’ salon. The role includes delivering exceptional cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services while ensuring excellent client consultation, comfort, and satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery

• Perform a full range of hair services including:
• Precision cutting
• Hair coloring (highlights, balayage, corrective color)
• Advanced styling and blow-dry
• Hair treatments (keratin, permanent waves, etc.)
• Provide scalp massages and deep conditioning treatments.
• Offer specialized services such as bridal hairstyles, braiding, and hair extensions when requested.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of finish and results for every client.

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow strict sanitation and sterilization procedures for tools, capes, and workstations.
• Advise clients on proper hair/scalp care and recommend solutions for issues like dryness, damage, or breakage.

Client Relations & Sales

• Conduct detailed consultations based on hair type, lifestyle, and client goals.
• Recommend suitable services, treatments, and home-care products.
• Build and maintain loyal clientele through professionalism and excellent communication.

Operational Support

• Keep the styling station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with monitoring inventory and report low stock to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of salon experience as a Hairdresser/Stylist (high-end salon experience is a plus).
• Strong cutting, coloring, and styling skills with speed and accuracy.
• Creative and trend-aware, with the ability to customize looks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation

Salary package will be discussed during the interview and depends on experience, skills, and existing clientele (if applicable).
