Primary Head Mistress

Job Description:-

To provide academic leadership, administrative support, and pastoral care to ensure the smooth functioning and high standards of teaching and learning in the primary section.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Plan, implement, and monitor the curriculum in alignment with school policies.

2.Ensure effective lesson planning, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.

3.Oversee syllabus completion and academic performance across all grades.

4.Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

Supervise and mentor primary teachers and support staff.

5.Conduct regular staff meetings to review progress and share best practices.

6.Ensure a positive and safe learning environment for all students.

7.Monitor student progress, discipline, and well-being.

8.Organize co-curricular and extracurricular activities for holistic development.

9.Manage daily operations of the primary section efficiently.

10.Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

11.Oversee attendance, timetables, substitutes, and event scheduling.

12.Implement school policies .

13.Conduct regular reviews to maintain quality teaching-learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred).

Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.

At least 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
