Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational strategies and programs tailored to the primary school curriculum.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other relevant departments to ensure effective delivery of the primary school program.
• Analyse educational data to assess student progress and inform improvements.
• Communicate with parents and stakeholders to ensure a supportive and engaging educational experience for junior students.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (British/UK Qualified Only).
• Proven experience in educational leadership and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Day-to-day

• Conduct regular assessments of the junior school program and educational outcomes.
• Communicate with teaching staff, parents, and stakeholders regarding student progress and school initiatives.
• Analyse educational data to inform instructional strategies and student support.
