Female Horeca sales executive

Industry: Butchery & Meat Distribution

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our growing meat distribution business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with HoReCa clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential HoReCa clients.
• Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and grow market share.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and negotiate deals.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics team for smooth order execution.
• Provide market feedback to management for product and pricing strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the HoReCa or food industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car.
• Preference will be given to candidates on Husband/Self Visa.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Compensation:

• Competitive Base Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
