Trader Vic's Bahrain is looking for friendly and accommodating Hostess / Female Receptionist. Our venue is an eclectic collection of cuisines, signature cocktails and an exotic atmosphere bedecked with authentic artefacts and trappings.

Hostess / Female Receptionist

Your role as a Hostess is to create a welcoming, gracious and professional first impression to the guests.

You will be responsible to:

· Assist customers with reservation bookings and general inquiries, in person or by phone.

· Answer all telephone calls in a timely and friendly manner.

· Allocate tables to guests and be always aware of table status within the venue.

· Escort guests to their table and present the menus.

· Ensure that all menus in circulation are in acceptable condition.

· Knowledgeable of local laws and customs.

· Politely inform the guest of the dress code and other regulations within the venue.

· Demonstrate good knowledge of the products available to the guest.

· Update customer profile data on the client database as required.

Minimum qualifications:

· Good communication skills

· Team-player

· Friendly personality

· Creative and innovative

· Must be able to communicate in English

Knowledgeable in Arabic is a plus but not required
