Female HR Head:Hotel

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources operations of our resort in Pune. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent management, employee engagement, policy implementation, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture aligned with hospitality industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and coordinate hiring processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and resort standards
• Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution
• Organize training programs for staff development, guest service excellence, and compliance
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs
• Monitor staff performance, conduct appraisals, and guide managers on performance improvement plans
• Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.)
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or resort sector
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.)
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a resort, hotel, or hospitality chain
• Hands-on experience with mass recruitment and seasonal staffing
• Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse workforce
• Positive attitude and high emotional intelligence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
