Job Title: HR Intern (Female)
Location: Johar Town Lahore
Duration: 3 Months Paid Internship

Timings: 10:00 am to 07:00 pm (Mon-Fri)

About the Role:
Ryelogic is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female HR Intern to join our HR department. This role will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, allowing you to learn and grow in a professional environment while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and official communication.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and requirements.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Contribute to performance management and appraisal activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
