Job Description

We are seeking a female HR Intern who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll assistance, and employee engagement, making it a perfect opportunity for candidates looking to kickstart a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Help in attendance management, payroll preparation, and performance tracking.
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Draft HR-related letters, memos, and notices when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
• Ability to handle tasks professionally and confidentially.

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
• Duration: 3 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• graphics designing: 2 years (Preferred)
