HR Intern

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Participate in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
  • Learn HR software and tools used in the industry

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
