We are in search of a proactive and adaptable HR Generalist to oversee a wide range of human resources functions. As the sole HR representative, you will be instrumental in driving the company's people strategy, handling everything from recruitment and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the complete hiring cycle, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and smooth onboarding for new hires.
- HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and keep all documentation accurate.
- Payroll & Benefits: Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Oversee employee leave, attendance, and benefit administration.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture.
- Performance Management: Assist with goal-setting, performance review cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies, monitor legal compliance, and stay informed about changes in labor laws.
- Learning & Development: Identify skills gaps and organize training and development programs.
- HR Reporting: Generate reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, employee engagement, and other relevant data.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within an SME or startup environment.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in HR management systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and payroll software.
