Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems across all departments.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention processes.
- Handle employee relations, attendance, discipline, and grievance management.
- Create and monitor performance management systems and reward structures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Partner with management to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Drive company culture initiatives and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or large-scale organisations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions.
