Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems across all departments.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention processes.
  • Handle employee relations, attendance, discipline, and grievance management.
  • Create and monitor performance management systems and reward structures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with management to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
  • Drive company culture initiatives and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or large-scale organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
