Female HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team and daily HR operations
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices
• recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
• Manage performance evaluations and employee engagement programs
• Ensure legal compliance and a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 2+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
