Female HR Manager

Benchmark School System is looking for a Female HR Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our school’s workforce. This role partners closely with school leadership to attract, develop, and retain exceptional teaching and support staff while fostering a positive, inclusive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff lifecycle management
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the school’s values and goals
• Support leadership with performance management, staff development, and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, accreditation standards, and best practices
• Manage employee relations with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
