We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive HR Officer to support daily HR and office operations within a fast-paced F&B environment in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hospitality HR functions and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee records
- Assist in employee relations and ensure HR compliance
- Support overall office coordination and HR activities
Requirements:
- Female candidate currently based in Qatar
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience (F&B or hospitality industry required)
- Immediate joiner
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
