We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive HR Officer to support daily HR and office operations within a fast-paced F&B environment in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hospitality HR functions and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist in employee relations and ensure HR compliance
  • Support overall office coordination and HR activities

Requirements:

  • Female candidate currently based in Qatar
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience (F&B or hospitality industry required)
  • Immediate joiner
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
