Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify the right talent for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements for various departments and create effective job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads or hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Assist in employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support HR team in other areas like employee engagement, attendance, and performance tracking when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
