Job Description

Cosmic Institute is looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs and ensuring high training standards aligned with international safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-time HSE training programs (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety, Risk Assessment, etc.)
• Prepare and update course materials, presentations, and assessments
• Conduct classroom-based and practical training sessions
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and assessment reports
• Stay updated with changes in HSE legislation, standards, and industry trends
• Promote a strong safety culture within the institute

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Environmental Science, HSE, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Good knowledge of international HSE standards
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent professional certification will be preferable
• Industry experience (construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, facilities, etc.)
• Practical training and demonstration experience
