Female Inbound Sales Representative

We are seeking high energy Female Sales Representatives to manage inbound traffic for our specialized healthcare campaigns. The Role

This is an Inbound Lead Qualification position focused on live transfers. Your goal is to engage US based callers interested in health insurance, verify their basic eligibility for ACA or Medicare plans, and perform a seamless Live Transfer to a licensed specialist. There is no end to end closing required in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Inbound Response: Act as the first point of contact for US customers, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
• Discovery & Qualification: Use scripted discovery questions to determine if a caller qualifies for specific insurance benefits.
• Live Transfer Execution: Connect eligible prospects to senior specialists according to campaign protocols.
• Compliance & Standards: Follow all script guidelines and federal regulations to ensure high quality enrollments.
• Efficiency: Manage high volume call flows effectively during peak US business hours.

Who We Are Looking For

• Communication: Fluent spoken English is mandatory. You must be able to converse naturally with American accents.
• Experience: Prior experience in US campaigns like ACA, Medicare, or Final Expense is a plus, though fresh candidates with exceptional English skills are welcome.
• Schedule: Ability to work the Night Shift (5:45 PM to 4:00 AM) consistently.
• Soft Skills: Strong rapport building skills and the ability to stay motivated in a target driven setting.
