Female Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Female Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. From concept to completion, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver innovative design solutions that meet client expectations and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine project goals, needs, and preferences.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, sketches, and design presentations.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare detailed specifications, BOQs, and layout plans for execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors during all project phases.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and documentation for each project.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in working on high-end residential or commercial projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is an advantage.
