Female Interior Designer Sales Executive

Female Interior Designer Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of decorative and functional home accessories by providing personalized customer service supported by professional interior design and architectural space planning knowledge. This role combines design expertise with sales excellence to engage clients, understand their spatial, structural, and aesthetic needs, and recommend tailored solutions that enhance both functionality and visual harmony of their interiors. With an understanding of layouts, proportions, and architectural elements, the Sales Executive plays a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and representing the brand’s premium image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and professionally assist customers in the showroom or retail space.
  • Provide expert design-oriented consultation on home accessories, including materials, styles, finishes, and functional use.
  • Analyze clients’ interior spaces and design preferences to recommend cohesive and customized product selections.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Coordinate with inventory, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom reflects the brand’s design identity.
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, home décor innovations, and competitor market offerings.
  • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Support marketing campaigns, showroom events, product launches, and brand activations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design and/or design-focused retail sales.
  • Proven background in home décor, furniture, or lifestyle retail is strongly preferred.
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate client needs into product solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, invoicing tools, and CRM software.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Professional appearance with strong attention to detail and customer experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; Turkish is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
