Role Overview

We are seeking a female Interior Designer with showroom sales experience to join our team. This is a showroom-based role where you will assist customers on the floor, guide them in selecting furniture, lighting, and décor, support the senior designer with layouts and visualizations, and actively close sales. The role requires a balance of design expertise and customer engagement skills, with proficiency in CAD and 3D design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, offering design guidance and product recommendations.
• Support the senior designer in preparing floor plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Present furniture and décor selections that reflect client needs and Crystal House’s luxury aesthetic.
• Engage confidently with clients on the showroom floor and close sales.
• Stay updated on interior design and luxury décor trends.
• Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to finalize client projects.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (due to showroom dynamics and client interactions).
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design.
• 2–3 years of experience in interior design, showroom sales, or luxury retail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar 3D design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a refined, professional presence.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage several clients in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Trial Period

A short trial period will be conducted to assess design skills, adaptability, and ability to engage with customers in the showroom environment before confirming the position.
