Job Description:

Shanzil Properties is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Investment Advisor for our premium project Shanzil Opus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating sales, and providing professional investment guidance in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to client inquiries and leads (Meta, WhatsApp, calls)
• Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into sales
• Provide investment guidance to clients based on project details
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the team and management for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s qualification preferred
• Prior experience in sales or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets is a plus
