Female Junior Digital Marketing Executive

GenXe Technologies is a fast-growing IT company specializing in web development, digital marketing, and innovative tech solutions. We are seeking a Female Junior Digital Marketing Executive who is creative, motivated, and eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing (internships can be considered).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, youtube, TikTok, and more).
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, reels, and blog posts.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to enhance digital presence.
• Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in content marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new ideas for brand promotion.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and techniques.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing (internships can be considered).
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, Facebook / instagram Ads.
• Strong knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or others)
• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
