Position: Female Junior HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and organized Female Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities, coordinating with departments for hiring needs, screening candidates, and maintaining hiring databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect hiring requests and replacement requirements from different departments.
- Post new job openings after approval from the HR Manager.
- Manage paid job postings with approval from the HR Manager.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Contact all applicants and gather required candidate information.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate briefings.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Prepare and manage soft databases for all job positions.
- Maintain shortlisted candidate records in the Master Hiring Datasheet.
- Coordinate with the HR team for interview scheduling and recruitment updates.
- Ensure proper documentation and organized recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR operations will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidate follow-ups.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
