Female Lifeguard

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests at swimming pools, beaches, or water facilities. The Lifeguard will monitor water activities, prevent accidents, respond to emergencies, and provide first aid when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas and ensure guest safety at all times
• Prevent accidents by enforcing pool/beach rules and regulations
• Rescue swimmers in danger and perform emergency procedures when needed
• Provide first aid and CPR when required
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool or beach area
• Inspect safety equipment regularly and ensure it is in working condition
• Report incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management
• Assist guests with information and guidance when needed
• Conduct safety checks before and during operating hours

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized authority (mandatory)
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred (1–2 years in hotels, pools, or beaches)
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Good knowledge of water safety rules and emergency procedures
• Ability to remain alert and focused for long periods
• Strong communication and quick decision-making skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
• Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Valid work permit or eligibility to work in the country
