Female Lifeguard – Aquatic Operation

Job Summary

Role Purpose

The Lifeguard plays a critical role in safeguarding the health, safety, and well-being of all facility users. This position requires vigilant supervision of aquatic areas, strict enforcement of safety protocols, and immediate response to emergencies, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and member engagement.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in water safety with polished interpersonal skills suited for a premium, high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aquatic Safety & Supervision
  • Maintain continuous and proactive surveillance of all swimmers and pool activities.
  • Enforce facility regulations and safety standards with professionalism and discretion.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, administering CPR, first aid, and water rescue procedures when required.
  • Ensure all lifesaving and emergency equipment is fully functional and readily accessible at all times.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Conduct routine inspections of pool decks, equipment, and surrounding areas to ensure optimal safety conditions.
  • Monitor and report water quality levels, including chlorine and pH balance, in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across aquatic facilities.
  • Adhere strictly to local health, safety, and organizational compliance requirements.
  • Member Experience & Communication
  • Deliver courteous, confident, and professional interaction with members and guests.
  • Provide clear safety instructions and guidance in fluent, professional English.
  • Escalate incidents or operational concerns promptly and accurately to management.

Candidate Profile

  • Age Range: 20 – 35 years
  • Strong professional English communication skills (mandatory)

Qualifications & Certifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid internationally recognized Lifeguard Certification.

Current CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory).

Experience & Competencies

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in professional lifeguarding roles.

Prior experience within hospitality, wellness clubs, international facilities, or high-end environments is highly desirable.

Strong physical fitness and advanced swimming competency.

High level of alertness, discipline, and emotional composure under pressure.

Professional demeanor suitable for premium clientele environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: QAR 4,500 – 5,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
