Female Lifestyle Fitness Coach

We are seeking a Wellness Fitness Coach to lead group activities such as functional training, yoga, Tabata, TRX, and water gymnastics for our resort guests. Responsibilities include managing wellness equipment, supporting the land sports team, maintaining activity areas, and ensuring all activities align with JA Hotels & Resorts standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide wellness group activities for resort guests, including functional training, yoga, Tabata, TRX, and water gymnastics.

Take responsibility for wellness equipment management and maintenance.

Support land sport team wellness activities when necessary.

Create and maintain an inventory of all equipment in related areas.

Supervise and assist guests during Wellness and Entertainment weekly activities as a Lifestyle Fitness Coach.

Ensure all activities are conducted responsibly and in accordance with JA Hotels & Resorts standards.

Follow daily and weekly activity schedules as directed by the Entertainment Manager or designated supervisors.

Liaise with the Entertainment Manager and team leaders to ensure a safe environment for guests.

Attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner at all times.

Ensure all equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.

Report to the Entertainment Manager or supervisors regarding the need for additional or replacement equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of wellness activity areas.

Stay fully informed about entertainment programs, facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Participate in entertainment events or activities at the resort as required.

Support other entertainment activities across different sub-departments when needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or vocational certificate

Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure, recreation, or events

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office

Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
