· Responsible for explaining product selling points in during live broadcast, interacting with fans to create order placing atmosphere

· Participate in program planning and follow the instructions to adjust the live show atmosphere Fully mobilize the audience's emotions with humor, and actively respond to the problems during live

· Be able to absorb language skills according to the scripts, and have strong logical thinking skills

· Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales & services through online/live.

· Delivers engaging product presentations, demonstrating product features and benefits in real time.

· During live shows, interacts with online customers/viewers and directly answers questions about product information, payment methods, and shipping processes.

· Capable of multitasking and handling online ordering.

· Write and memorize scripts, as well as plan and rehearse before the show.

· Make at least 1-2 short videos for the TIKTOK account, or as directed by the Manager or Senior.

· Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

· Serves customers by helping them select the products

· Responsible for explaining product

· Process sales transactions

· Calculate the cost of products or services

· Accept payments

· Process orders

· Answers customers questions about products

· Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change

· Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts

· Report issues asap if any

· Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

· Responds to customers’ questions.

· Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.

· Provides outstanding customer service.

· Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.

· Manages financial transactions.

· Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.

· Alerts management of potential security issues.

· Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

· Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

· Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager/Branch Manager
