Female Luxury Boutique Manager

SO. by Sora is seeking a highly experienced Female Luxury Boutique Manager to lead our high-end fashion & jewelry boutique in Riyadh.

We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in managing boutique or retail store operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving sales performance in a luxury environment.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager
• Background in Luxury Retail (Fashion / Jewelry / Beauty)
• Strong KPI management (UPT, ATV, Conversion Rate)
• Proven VIP clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Experience in Visual Merchandising
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for luxury service and brand excellence

Responsibilities

• Manage daily boutique operations
• Lead and develop the sales team
• Ensure exceptional customer experience
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets
• Maintain boutique standards and visual presentation
• Build and maintain VIP client relationships
