Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop targeted programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various methods and materials.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve their performance and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and evaluation results.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
