Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions using various methods and materials.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve their performance and career growth.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress, and evaluation results.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies is an asset.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
