Female Marketing Executive

We seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our recruitment and manpower services across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Promote recruitment, staffing, and HR consultancy services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare client visit reports, sales updates, and business development plans.

Requirements

• 1 year previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, or manpower recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Qatar market and business environment.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
