Reporting To: Operations Supervisor / General Manager

Position Summary

Rosa Wellness & Spa is seeking a skilled and professional Female Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality home service wellness treatments to clients across Qatar. The therapist will provide a range of therapeutic and aesthetic massage services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care.

This role requires strong technical skills, client-centered service, and adherence to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

1. Massage & Wellness Services

The therapist will be expected to competently perform the following treatments:

• Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage
• Swedish massage
• Deep tissue massage
• Stress relief and muscle recovery treatments
• Specialized Body Treatments
• Dry cupping therapy
• Fire cupping therapy
• Lymphatic drainage massage
• Slimming / body contouring massage
• Facial Treatments
• Facial massage
• Lifting, relaxing, and circulation-enhancing facial techniques

2. Client Care & Experience

• Conduct professional client consultations before each session
• Adjust pressure and techniques based on client needs and comfort
• Ensure a calm, respectful, and professional service experience
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Encourage repeat bookings through excellent service quality

3. Hygiene, Safety & Professional Standards

• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and appearance
• Properly sanitize hands, equipment, oils, and tools before and after sessions
• Use clean linens and ensure correct setup and breakdown of equipment
• Follow all company hygiene, safety, and service protocols
• Report any client issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor

4. Operational Responsibilities

• Accept and manage bookings via the company scheduling system
• Arrive on time for all appointments
• Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding schedules and locations
• Handle company equipment responsibly
• Support team collaboration and positive work culture

Required Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

• Female therapist (due to client preference and service nature)
• Proven experience as a massage therapist
• Strong skills in:
• Dry & fire cupping
• Lymphatic drainage
• Slimming massage
• Facial massage
• Good communication skills (basic English required)
• Physically fit and able to perform massage work consistently
• Professional, respectful, and client-focused attitude

Preferred

• Certification or formal training in massage therapy
• Experience in spa or home service environments
• Additional skills (hot stone, aromatherapy, etc.) are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
