Reporting To: Hospital Administrator / Medical Superintendent /Senior Medical Officer

Salary Package Range: Rs.70000-75000P.M.

Job Summary:

My City Hospital is a trust based, multi-specialty hospital offering all medical services to their patients under one roof, continuously engaged in the serving of humanity with quality care. My City Hospital is seeking a competent and dedicated Female Medical Officer to manage and oversee first floor clinical operations. The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder clinician with hands-on experience in NICU, Pediatrics, Medicine, Surgical, and Gynecology wards, with special expertise in independently conducting normal vaginal deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage all patient care activities in the wards or Emergency department

· Provide medical care in NICU, Pediatrics, Medicine, Surgical, and Gynecology units

· Independently conduct normal vaginal deliveries (NVDs)

· Monitor and manage admitted patients, ensuring proper documentation and treatment plans

· Respond effectively to patient emergencies and clinical complications

· Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and paramedical teams

· Handle emergency cases during alternate night shifts, as required

· Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards

Requirements:

· MBBS (PMDC/PMC registered)

· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience

· Strong hands-on experience in Gynecology & Obstetrics, especially normal deliveries

· Exposure to NICU and Pediatric care preferred

· Ability to work independently in emergencies and handle multiple departments

· Good clinical judgment and decision-making skills

· Willingness to work evening and alternate night shifts

Preferred Candidate:

· Female candidate (mandatory requirement for gynecology coverage)

· Experience in emergency handling will be an added advantage

· Strong communication and teamwork skills
