Job Description:
We are looking for a Female Merchandiser – R&D to join our Outsourcing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing footwear merchandising activities and coordinating with vendors and factories for product development and production of ladies’ and gents’ shoes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle merchandising activities for outsourced footwear production.
• Coordinate with vendors and factories regarding product development and production.
• Manage product development (R&D) for both ladies’ and gents’ shoes.
• Follow up on samples, materials, and production timelines.
• Ensure design, quality, and product specifications meet company standards.
• Assist in new product development and market trends research.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with experience in footwear merchandising and product development.
• Knowledge of ladies’ and gents’ shoe construction and materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
