Female - MOH - Assistant Nurse/ Registered Nurse

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse to join our Doctor On Call team. In this mobile healthcare role, you will accompany physicians on home or on-site visits, assist with clinical procedures, and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during medical consultations at patients’ homes or designated locations
• Conduct initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and basic health evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Support minor medical procedures while strictly adhering to infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with DHA standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post-visit care, and follow-up instructions
• Ensure that all medical kits and equipment are well-stocked, clean, and meet clinical quality standards
• Uphold patient confidentiality, safety, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid MOH license or eligibility (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Fresh MOH-eligible candidates currently in the UAE are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mobile, home-based, or community healthcare services
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Work Schedule & Transportation

• 12-hour rotational shifts (day and night)
• Company-provided transportation for all home/site visits (to and from office)
