Role Summary

Delivers salon services with focus on hair and nail treatments. Maintains service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. Supports revenue through advanced nail services and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform hair services

* Hair treatments

* Hair styling

* Basic cutting and coloring

* Provide nail services

* Manicure and pedicure

* Gel polish application and removal

* Builder gel overlay

* Hard gel sculpting

* Gel extensions using forms or tips

* Nail art design

* Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times

* Prepare and sanitize tools before and after each service

* Ensure correct product usage and stock control

* Deliver consistent guest experience aligned with spa standards

* Upsell services and retail products

* Handle guest requests and resolve concerns during service

Requirements

* Proven experience in salon operations

* Strong skills in nail services including gel and nail art

* Good knowledge of hair treatments and styling

* Up-to-date with latest trends, techniques, and products in nail and hair services

* Certification in beauty therapy or related field

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work in a team

* Minimum 2–3 years in a hotel spa or salon
